The use of certified installers
To ensure that our products are installed correctly and safely, and to protect the integrity of our warranty, we require all purchasers of our solar inverters or batteries to agree to use a certified installer for installation.

By purchasing our solar inverters or batteries, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for using a certified installer to install the products. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided. We cannot be held liable for any damage or malfunction that results from improper installation.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your failure to use a certified installer for installation.

We recommend that you thoroughly research and select a certified installer who meets your needs and budget. If you require assistance in finding a qualified installer, our customer service team is available to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery
Due to the nature of our products (some being really big and heavy!) the delivery fees need to be calculated on a case by case basis.

We do delivery throughout South Africa (and cross border too). Let us know where you’re located and we can quote you on the transportation cost.

We suggest that you use our courier service ( The Courier Guy) as they know our products and dimensions to accurately calculate the delivery cost.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with manuals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at powerproducts@goscor.co.za.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
